Leaders of various employee and pensioner associations met Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy to express gratitude following the State Cabinet’s approval of two major welfare initiatives — ₹1.20 crore accident insurance coverage and a comprehensive cashless health scheme backed by a ₹1,056 crore annual corpus.
Union representatives described the decisions as a long-pending demand finally addressed, stating that the measures would provide financial and medical security to lakhs of government employees and pensioners across the state.
