Revanth Reddy Congratulates Telangana Candidates Who Succeeded in UPSC Civil Services 2025

Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy congratulated the candidates from the state who achieved success in the UPSC Civil Services Examination 2025 final results. He expressed happiness over the strong performance of aspirants from Telangana and praised their dedication and hard work in securing top ranks in one of India’s most competitive examinations.

The Chief Minister said that the achievements of the successful candidates are a matter of pride for the state and serve as an inspiration to thousands of young aspirants preparing for civil services. According to him, the success of these candidates reflects both individual determination and the growing academic support ecosystem available for students in Telangana.

Support for Aspirants Through Rajiv Civils Abhaya Hastham

Revanth Reddy highlighted the efforts made by the Telangana government to support students from economically weaker backgrounds who aspire to enter the civil services. He noted that the government has launched the Rajiv Civils Abhaya Hastham scheme to provide financial assistance and encouragement to deserving candidates preparing for the examination.

The initiative aims to reduce financial barriers for aspirants from poor families, enabling them to focus fully on their preparation for the highly competitive civil services examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).

Financial Assistance for Civil Services Main Examination Candidates

Under the programme implemented with the support of the Singareni Collieries Company, financial aid was provided to candidates who qualified for the Civil Services Main Examination stage. A total of 202 candidates who appeared for the mains examination received financial assistance of ₹1 lakh each.

The financial support was intended to help aspirants cover expenses related to coaching, study materials, and travel during the preparation phase. The government believes such assistance can significantly improve opportunities for talented students from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Encouraging Results From Supported Candidates

Among the candidates who benefited from the Rajiv Civils Abhaya Hastham initiative, 51 aspirants advanced to the interview stage of the civil services selection process. Out of those who appeared for the final interview, 20 candidates successfully secured positions in the final results with impressive ranks.

The Chief Minister congratulated all candidates from Telangana who cleared the Civil Services examination and acknowledged the role of the support programme in helping aspirants achieve their goals.

Inspiration for Future Civil Services Aspirants

Revanth Reddy noted that the success of these candidates will motivate many students across the state to pursue careers in public service. He encouraged young aspirants to remain focused on their studies and make use of the opportunities and support systems created by the government.

The Chief Minister reiterated that the Telangana government will continue to strengthen initiatives aimed at supporting civil services aspirants, ensuring that talented students from every background have the opportunity to compete at the national level and represent the state in key administrative positions.
