Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has directed officials to ensure that the land originally allotted to Sharada Peetham in Kokapet, Hyderabad continues to remain with the religious institution. The decision came after representatives of the Peetham raised concerns regarding the allocation of the land to the Hyderabad Water Board (Jal Mandali) .
The Peetham representatives reportedly informed the Chief Minister about the ongoing construction works and developments already taking place on the land, prompting the government to review the matter urgently.
