Background of the Case
The beneficiary, identified as S K Renaj , reportedly lost access to his disability pension almost a decade ago when biometric authentication linked to Aadhaar could not be completed due to his mental condition. Despite repeated attempts by family members, the pension could not be restored through routine administrative processes.
