Revanth Reddy Announces Comprehensive Development Plan for Warangal–Karimnagar Region Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has unveiled a large-scale development blueprint aimed at transforming Warangal and Karimnagar into model urban centres through integrated infrastructure, environmental projects, education, employment generation and social welfare initiatives. The Chief Minister made the announcement while addressing the “Praja Palana – Pragati Baata” public programme held at Gumlapur village in Choppadandi constituency of Karimnagar district. Outer Ring Roads and Integrated Urban Planning As part of the urban expansion strategy, the Chief Minister said that outer ring roads (ORRs) would be completed for both Warangal and Karimnagar.
