AP RTI Goes Fully Online: RTIMIS Launched for Digital Filing of RTI Applications & Appeals RTI Applications & Appeals Now Fully Online in Andhra Pradesh The Andhra Pradesh Government has officially made the Right to Information (RTI) application and appeal process completely digital. As per G.O. No. 25 , RTI applications and appeals will now be handled exclusively through an online system. This initiative follows directions from the Supreme Court to strengthen IT-enabled transparency mechanisms. The new digital platform is named RTI Request & Appeals Management Information System (RTIMIS) .
